In acceptance of the Terms and Conditions you are permitted the use of all search facilities within PartsW and to access all products within the site.

You should check this page from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions, for any further updates and changes. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website.

Ordering

When ordering online you are deemed to place the order through our secure online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. This information is also available to view by logging into your account online using your password and username created on registration.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. Even if your payment has been processed immediately, we can choose to cancel the order and refund without compensation if no goods are available to send.
We may refuse to accept an order:

• 1. where goods are out of stock or no longer available;
  2. where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
  3. if there has been a pricing or product description error;
  4. if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

Warranty and Return Policy

Warranty Claims

The purchaser must contact PartsW within 30 days of receiving shipment for approval of any return or exchange.

Your dated invoice is your warranty certificate and establishes your eligibility for said warranty. The serial number of the part returned MUST match the serial number stated on the invoice of purchase for any warranty agreement to be executed.

Shipping Fee

Should any of the above mentioned products prove defective in material or workmanship within the specified warranty period, the purchaser is obligated to return defective parts at his own expense and pay for the shipping label for the replacements; PartsW, at our option, will replace or repair the warranty part free of charge, and then return the replacement part using the shipping label paid by the purchaser.

For any PartsW warranty claims requesting cross shipping (PartsW ships replacement part while awaiting alleged defective part to be received), the purchaser is obligated to pay for shipping labels for returning and shipping replacements.

Limited Liability

PartsW under this warranty is limited liability solely to the repair or replacement of the defective parts.

PartsW shall not be liable for any incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any service not expressly provided for herein, relating to or arising from our products. PartsW does not provide reimbursements for the delay, labor, mileage, or any other costs involved in the installation or reinstallation of the auto parts in question. Warranty does not cover parts installed for an incorrect application. Examples of excluded charges are labor time for alignment, fluids, and rental car reimbursement.

PartsW assumes or accepts no responsibility for any expenses incurred for the removal or re-installation of the purchased part. There is no expressed or implied warranty for any labor performed.

PartsW assumes or accepts no warranty responsibility for the cost of shipping either the defective part or the replacement part.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty applies only to the auto part supplied by PartsW and shall not apply to, or include any of the following:

1. 1. Repair or replacement required as a result of any accident, misuse, road hazard, tampering or disassembly.
   2. Warranties are non-transferable, contain no cash value, and are only extended to the owner of the vehicle provided that the ownership has not changed since the installation of the unit
   3. Any PartsW auto part used for competition or related purposes.
   4. This warranty does not apply to units which have been altered, modified, lowered, damaged from neglect, abuse or an accident, misused, improperly installed, contaminated with dirt or other contaminants, installed on vehicles used for commercial or racing purposes, or used in applications other than recommended in our catalog.
   5. Anv PartsW auto part used on an off-road or fleet vehicle.
   6. Any PartsW auto part which has been repaired or remodeled by any person other than an authorized installer, or to which any device or accessory not conforming to O.E.M. specifications have been installed.
   7. Any PartsW auto part on which the periodic maintenance services required by the original manufacturer have not been performed.
   8. Any PartsW auto part failing as a result of failure to replace a different faulty component or failure to flush the power steering system thoroughly before installation.
   9. Any Parts not authorized by PartsW.
   10. Parts Added Peripherally (le: Inner Tie Rods And Boots on Rack and Pinion).
   11. Any parts purchased by customers out of the Continent of the United States.

Limited Warranty

This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, of fitness for a particular purpose, on the part of PartsW, or the dealer installing the PartsW product. No dealer, nor any agent or employee thereof, is authorized to extend or enlarge this warranty.

Shipping Options

Most orders placed with PartsW qualify for free shipping within the Continental US.

Some orders will have an additional shipping cost due to package size or being outside of the standard delivery area.

*Warranty Replacement items covered under PartsW Warranty and Limited Lifetime warranty do not include shipping costs.

Standard Delivery (Included Free)

Delivery is between 1-5 business days. The suggested delivery arrival dates on the site are an estimated arrival time and not guaranteed.

All shipping carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours to residential deliveries. This is beyond our control and shipping charges will not be refunded for this reason. Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. Our auto parts warehouse puts forth every effort to prevent shipping damage, however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive your product and it is damaged, please contact our customer support as soon as possible as PartsW will only accept your claim for up to 4 days from the date of delivery. Please document any damage, as we will require photos. Damaged products will not be accepted for refund unless PartsW customer service has been contacted and the proper documentation has been provided.

User License

Permission is permitted to download one copy of the materials (information or software) from PartsW’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory reading only. This is a license, not a transfer of title, and you may not do the following under this license:

a)modify or copy the materials;
b)use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
c)attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on PartsW’s website;
d)remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
e)transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

If you breach any of these restrictions, your license will be automatically canceled, and PartsW may terminate it at any time. When you stop accessing these materials or when this license expires, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed media.

While we endeavor to ensure that this Website is available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

The materials appearing on PartsW’s web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. PartsW does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. PartsW may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. PartsW does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Privacy Policy

We have no personal information unless you provide it by entering an order on our website, subscribing to our newsletter, or sending an entry to a sweepstakes we sponsor. We do not purchase personal information from third parties. We store customer names, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers so we can fill your order, find your order if you ask about it, contact you about your order if necessary. You also may use Avvounts to store addresses and vehicle lists, and to delete them. All personal information is stored in the United States. We do not store credit card numbers. Our catalog uses a “cookie” to identify contents of your shopping cart. You may place an order even if you block “cookies” in your browser (unless your bank or PayPal requires their own “cookie” to process your payment). If you close your browser before a purchase and “cookies” were blocked, cart contents will be lost. We contact you by telephone only if necessary to process your order. We may use your email address to tell you about discounts, promotions, newsletters or other events. Each email offers the option to unsubscribe. We will delete personal information associated with that email address promptly unless it is part of an order. Orders cannot be deleted. We do not share information with anyone except when necessary to process your order (such as telling a carrier where to deliver) or when otherwise required (such as a warranty claim, product recall, or tax audit). partsw.com is tested regularly to ensure information you give us cannot be extracted by others.

Warranty Specifications, Policies, and Procedures

Warranty – : The WARRANTY begins only after we have received your old part.

The stated warranty term applies only to the above parts purchased from Parts Warehouse.

Parts Warehouse holds no responsibility for labor costs or installation fees.

Shipping fees are not included in the execution of warranty claims.

Parts Warehouse warranties the above mentioned products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime period from the date of purchase for the original purchaser.

Parts Warehouse will replace any of the above parts should that part be deemed defective by Parts Warehouse.

This expressed warranty covers only the aforementioned items, their internal parts, seals, O-rings, and gaskets. ABUSE, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, PARTS ADDED PERIPHERALLY (ie: inner tie rods and boots), and ROAD CONDITIONS are specifically NOT covered by the warranty agreement. BENT SHAFTS, TIE RODS, and HOUSINGS are specifically NOT covered by warranty.

This warranty covers ONLY the part purchased from Parts Warehouse. Parts Warehouse assumes or accepts NO responsibility for any expenses incurred for the removal or re-installation of the purchased part.

There is no expressed or implied warranty for any labor performed.

Labor costs are solely the responsibility of the purchaser of the above mentioned parts.

The original purchaser of the part will be the only party to which this warranty applies.

There is no stipulation of warranty to anyone but the original purchaser. Anyone attempting to execute this warranty that is not the original purchaser of the product will cause the warranty to immediately VOID. Should any of the above mentioned products prove defective in material or workmanship within the specified warranty period, the purchaser must return the defective part to Parts Warehouse with a prepaid shipping label which will be used to provide the purchaser the replacement part.

Parts Warehouse assumes or accepts no warranty responsibility for the cost of shipping either the defective part or the replacement part.

The serial number of the part returned MUST match the serial number stated on the invoice of purchase for any warranty agreement to be executed.

Your dated invoice is your warranty certificate and establishes your eligibility for said warranty.

This stated warranty is limited to one replacement part per lifetime and is non-transferable under any circumstances.

Parts Warehouse, at our option, will replace or repair the warranty part free of charge, and then return the replacement part using the prepaid shipping label provided by the purchaser.

A receipt from a ASE certificated mechanic will be requested upon any exchanges, also a valid receipt of purchase.

While placing  an order, we may utilize Personal Information such as payment data such as cardholder name, credit/debit card number (in encrypted form) with the expiration date, banking details, wallet details, and other information that you have supplied and authorized us to maintain.
